Qihong is a senior partner of Fortuna. He boasts over 20 years of legal practice in corporate financing, banking, real estate and criminal litigation. From 1980 to 1982, Qihong worked for a Justice Bureau as a civil servant. In 1982, he started his non-litigation practice. Qihong has long counseled for various governmental departments, private-owned enterprises, financial institutions and real estates. Qihong is experienced in planning of restructure and financing for clients, counseling on project finance and structure finance and solving the disputes on backout incurred by development of real estate. He has been entrusted by clients hundreds of times for providing these professional services. In 1989, he started his litigation representation.
