Yue is a managing partner of our law firm, in charge of planning foreign legal practice, and the director of Intellectual Property Department. Yue started her career of IP legal practice since 1994 and became the first generation of all-China trademark attorney. In 13 years, she has amassed excellent experience in regard to anti-counterfeiting, trademark transaction, copyright litigation, protection of trade secret, handling IPR in M&A, handling agreements of e-commerce, disputes of domain names and keywords, and suits for damages. Yue is the leading raider against the rampant counterfeits of China and well recognized as a dependable IP counsel. She enjoys a wide scope of clientele, including well-established companies, trading companies, fashion-consumable companies, famous websites, as well as universities and non-profit organizations.
