Pengtao is an associate attorney of Fortuna, who has 3 years of practice as a professional attorney in labor and employment, real estate and founding corporate. Before becoming a professional attorney, she served as an assistant to judge in a law court. She has represented clients in the following litigations: disputes of contract, damage, disputes of employment, creditor and debtor, divorce, heirdom and criminal defending. Pengtao is also active in the following services: drafting and reviewing of contracts, attorney’s notarization, negotiation on M&A, and sale of real estate. In spare time, she leads a young team on studying the Anti-Trust Law of China that will put in place in August 2008. Pengtao has counseled for some international emerging companies on the Anti-Trust issues brought by their aggressive M&A projects. She is working with the drafters of this new law on the potential investigation methods that would put in place.
