Wang is an assistant lawyer of Fortuna, who has practice experience in labor and employment, real estate and founding corporate. Before becoming joining in Fortuna, he served as an assistant to a judge in a law court. He has represented clients in litigations or arbitrations involving with disputes of contract, damage, disputes of employment, creditor and debtor, divorce, heirdom and also criminal defending. Wang is also active in due diligent exercise, drafting and reviewing of contracts, attorney’s notarization, negotiation on M&A, and sale of real estate. In spare time, he takes part in a young team on studying the Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts that will put in place in January 2008. Wang has counseled for some international companies on the labor issues brought by their aggressive employment projects.
