Yue Qiu is a managing partner of Fortuna, in charge of planning and coordinating law services for domestic clients. He boasts 12 years of professional practice in labor and employment, real estates, intellectual property and other civil disputes. Before being a professional attorney, he served as a policeman. Yue Qiu has represents clients in over 200 litigations and arbitrations on the disputes in relation with labor and employment and boasts a good record of success. He is well experienced in counseling for employers on the employment agreements, where he is specialized in preventing the employees from breaching the post-duty obligations. Yue Qiu voluntarily serve as a committeeman of Committee of Protection of Juvenile Rights and Interests of All-China Attorney Association.
