Liping is a founding and managing partner of Fortuna, in charge of all-sided planning and management of law firm. Liping is a multi-licensed lawyer, with the licenses of CPA and tax consultant. Fifteen years of practice as a lawyer and CPA enables her to be a leading counsel in corporate financing, bankruptcy, restructure and SOE transformation. Her clientele covers well-established companies, venture capital companies, emerging companies, conventional banks and security companies. In last decade, Liping participated and led a dozen of SOE (State-owned Enterprises of China) transformations and created asset-value maintenance protocol between SOE and all the bidders. She also boasts a good record of success in financing for private-owned enterprises. Liping is well recognized as a highly efficient lawyer and has represented for around one thousand economic disputes. She is a volunteer as the Major Lawyer in protecting the due received by farmer workers who are employed for urban construction.
